This recipe has long been known as a means for strengthening bones.
The recipe comes from Greece, but all the ingredients you can find in our country, in our stores so you have no excuse not to make yourself, particularly if you have weak bones.
– 10 tablespoons of linseed
– 5 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds
– Little pumpkin seeds
– Little grains of wheat
– Little sunflower seeds
– 3 tablespoons of raisins
– 1 kg clover honey
In a large bowl mix all ingredients, using a wooden spoon.
When mixed well, the mixture poured into a glass jar.
Take one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
